Horrible customer service. They ask you to hold and purposely hang up on you and they tell you that you have to wait two hours when they know they're going to have something ready in 10 minutes. The system crashed and has been offline all afternoon. That's not their fault but the problem was the phone should have been ready right after noon and they put it off until it was too late. I love t mobile but this store is not on par.
