My guy bought my engagement ring here, a week after I got it the ring split in the back. Two weeks after getting fixed from them, a diamond fell out today. They are lucky they are closed today bc I'm ready to give them a piece of my mind. Going to get the ring checked to see if it's real diamonds, I don't trust them at this point. We are a loyal couple that only go to family owned business's and will buy all our jewelry from there if we like it, but either they just don't care or don't know what they are doing. I'm very disappointed because my fiancé liked them and Rialto would have had a lifetime customer.
