Make sure you are having EIN Number on your Employment letter, which is not mention on the website . But you might sent back if you don't have it.
I Hate it I called today to check on the status of a claim and I waited on the phone 58 minutes and 16 seconds just for them to tell me that they could not give me any information on the phone which is BS because they have done it in the past the last few times I've called their service has been completely horrible Most of the women that take my calls are extremly rude!!! i wish I could rare at zero stars but I can't!!!! this office is horrible I do not recommend!!!
