I really like this park the people are nice and mrs Ashley is very helpful with the things that need to be done
We are full timers and we absolutely love this park. The owners and managers are super friendly and accommodating. It is quiet and clean. The pool is cleaned daily and the residents are friendly but stay to themselves. It is perfect for seniors or families with children. It has a laundry room and asphalt streets. It is about 3 miles to Walmart and other necessities. One of the better parks we have visited. It is like having your piece of the country for a great price.
Staff is friendly and helpful...park is quite, clean and pleasent.
We have lived in the Country all our life,but my husband's job travels a Lot so unfortunately we end up in the City most of the time and that's what happened in Sept.2015 when his job move us to South Texas,we ended up in Ingleside,Tx which is not my ideal place to live,so I went to searching for a Small Town,with a close knit feel,the Open Skies and a place to put our RV in the Country. I searched for so long with NO luck,until one day I happily found what we could comfortably call Home! We found everything & More we had been searching for in little Alice,Texas @ Paisano Mobile Home & RV Park!! We absolutely love living here & the Peaceful Serenity of being out of the City but so close to town! We've made some great friends here,as everyone looks out for everyone here and such a great community of southern hospitality! We absolutely love the Office staff and their attention to any needs that may arise and the sheer quality attitude as if they've known you all their life,they treat everyone as family not as a "Customer"! We always feel so welcome here & love it so much that when we are away,for holidays or whatever the reason,we look so forward to coming back home to what we see as a world of it's own--Paisano Park --- In the summer it's such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool or have a Bbq poolside,or just layout on the beautiful deck and catch some rays while enjoying some adult beverages! We absolutely love that we feel safe 24-7 here and that we have never felt like we can't trust or be safe where we live>> we've never dealt with any criminal issues here and that's a huge plus-- we are originally from a community in Fla. where u can safely still leave Windows & doors unlocked whether home or away and we have that same benefit here @ Paisano which we haven't found anywhere else since we left Fla. 8 years ago,until we moved to Paisano Mobile Home & RV Park !! One day my husband's job will require us to leave the area and it will totally break my heart, since we moved to Texas in 2008 this community is not only Our favorite but The best down home feel,safe,fun filled and beautiful place we've lived!! From our home to the staff of Paisano>> Trish & Ashley,thank you for making this a place we can happily call HOME!! Ashley I personally want to say what an amazing job you do out here as office Secretary and property caretaker,you are a pure pleasure to speak to at all times,very kind and punctual with an Awesome Personality on both a professional and personal level!!
Their website took us to the wrong address twice. Called for directions and Ashley was very nice and helpful. When we arrived we were very disappointed from what we read on the reviews we were expecting better. We finally figured our where our lot was. After getting parked we realized there were homes that had their sewer and water running out on the ground. The smell was not good, thank goodness we were up wind. We went in our camper and never got out again. Ashley was very friendly and it was quiet for sleeping. Would not stay again.
