I had my mom go for an oil change on 9/12 for my 2015 Nissan Altima and it was the worst. I called a day ahead, made an appointment (was told it would get done quicker with appointment). She was there from 12 something noontime until just about 4:45pm. Not only did it take forever.... she receives my car and before driving off gets check engine light and other alerts. I think a discount or something should of been done for this issue. Downright ridiculous! After they mention they might have to keep my car.... they offer her a car n expect me to pay the gas in it. WOW! I was so dissatisfied with customer service and service department in general. I will NEVER go back to Chevrolet and even though I drive a Nissan.... I've grown up with the Chevy family and trusted my car was in good hands.
I had the Most amazing buying a car experience ever. Belinda Valderaz is by far the best sales woman i have ever had. They answered all my questions and it was so easy and fast. The staff here was so nice and friendly i will recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. I love my New Car.

My experience at this place was great. Jerry our sales person was amazing. They work with us until we got what we asked for and more. The dealership was beautiful, clean and spacious.
Even though they were booked up, Nelda offered to check my battery when I popped in looking for help. My car was hesitant to start and I was afraid to turn it off and be stranded somewhere. The service team fixed me up quickly with a new battery. Due to their quick and very kind help, I scheduled my oil change, tire rotation, etc. when they came due. I highly recommend Alice Chevrolet.
