Phenomenal customer service. Well worth the 2 hour drive from San Antonio. When every single San Antonio Dodge dealership practically begged me not to give them my business, Love valued my time. Already looking to buy another vehicle from them.
Stop do not go get ur vehicle service here... Mack is a compulsive manuplator and also uses his years of so called experience as a cover up to rip customer off ... eventually the truth reveals itself about a individual ... love Chrsler his glorious for making oil leaks instead of repairing them !
They have some good people there but others still try to make you pay for things you don't need

We took our truck to the service department to see if they could run a diagnostic test. The transmission slipped a couple times and the check engine light came on. They said it would be $58 to check the light and if the needed to dig deeper into the transmission $155 to check. We signed a paper consenting to this price. We received a call a few hours later stating that the couldn't figure out why the light was on so they just turned it off, also they could not find anything wrong with the transmission. Then they proceeded to tell us that we needed $6500 worth of work on the truck, which included transmission work, which is funny since "they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission". They also proceeded to tell us that we needed work done on a part that did not exist on the truck. When they were told we were coming to get the truck they started trying hard to sell the fix, saying they could give us a deal on the work. When we picked up the truck the bill was $168. They said the extra charge was for having to go through more on the truck. All they were asked to do was to diagnose the check engine light and look at the transmission. We received an extra charge for something that wasn't asked to be done and a huge list a bogus things they wanted to "fix" on the truck. We left knowing absolutely nothing and out almost $200. BEWARE this service center is rip off. Take your vehicle to auto zone and get it plugged in for free, you will probably get a better idea of what is wrong.
