Not recommended if you have children , there's a pervert named Damien that videos children at the pool and trys to talk to little kids and he's 30 . Plus everybody calls the cops if you have a slight argument outside that doesn't even concern them in any way , the manager was helpful at the time of need but does little to almost nothing at all about complaints on the perverts . All the tenants don't mind their own business at all , the cops that do live there are both duchebags to the max including Ben because he has a wife in San Antonio with to kids and she's dying of cancer and he cheats on her daily . Also sending pics of his private parts to the tenants of the apts . Plus he had sex in the pool when there were kids present . So it up to you if you want to live in the shittiest place in alice !
Not recommended if you have teenage daughters. My teenage sister has made complaints to the owner about someone standing at and knocking on her window almost every night and nothing was done about it and my sister was blamed even though she had no idea who the person was. There is also a creep living at these apartments who likes to videotape young girls while they're swimming at the pool or walking. This kind of thing would be unacceptable anywhere else, but apparently Cameron Village likes to turn the other cheek or blame teenage girls.
Terrible. Lots of perverts, owners do nothing or close to nothing about reports. I do not recommend this place if you live alone or have children.
