There are recognized methods of handling injured animals that every animal care person should know. Obviously, city Animal Control is not bothering to train the morons it hires. Each truck should be equipped with blankets, towels, muzzles, anything but a snare to drag an injured animal through the gravel.
Shame Shame Shame on you. You should all be fired from ever having any kind of position in Animal Control, particularly the employee who is now all over the internet dragging that poor dog. She should never be allowed to own any pets.
That female "human" entity has no business working with living creatures. She needs to work in a warehouse or as a longshoreman. The one star in my review is for anybody at the shelter who might actually love animals, if there are any.
I am absolutely disgusted with the way your officers deal with injured dogs. Using a snare and dragging a poor dog across a gravel road is unacceptable! That piece of filth needs to be reprimanded, charged with animal cruelty and fired!
It is simply a cats' nightmare to be dropped off here. I regret going and giving my cats to them! And the poor animals are in the hot sun with barely any water or food. I consider going to a no- kill pet control if you need to. They kill the animals you drop off after about 3 days. Animals deserve to live!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let the cats have their 9 livesss. Jeeezzz
It was very disturbing and painful to see what that poor dog went through not only was it hurt, but his suffering was taken to the next level by that cruel city worker it showed what kind of person she is (no morals) and she should not have that kind of job dealing with a breathing, living animal just because it's not a human life the dog was still created by God and his life still matters. That cruel, evil lady needs to read Proverbs 12:10.
