Stayed here because Kingsville was packed after the hurricane....I wasn't impressed. Room had a smell to it of old cigarette smoke as well as mold, bathroom is super cramped as well as the room. The parking lot is terrible! If you are handicap, forget it, you will be walking.....just not the friendliest place you'd expect, either. Certainly will reconsider any BW stay from now on!!!

Location is okay, kind of in the middle of nowhere. Beds are comfortable and room is clean. I think there is some mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, I'm going to notify the owners tomorrow.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a little light, but it was a complimentary feature. Overall, a decent place to spend the night in the Alice area.
They are very rude. They tell you one price but once they have your card they charge u twice as much!! And good luck getting them to fix it!! As soon as i opened the door a strong sulphur smell about knocked me over. There was ROACHES IN THE COUCH!!! I sat on the couch after unpacking and a roach crawled out the cushions and onto my leg so i raised the cushions up and there was a family of roaches living in the couch! Me and my husband went to get in bed last night and there was skid marks ON THE SHEETS!!! We had to leave it was the worst experice ive ever had at a best western an im a Diamond member with best western but i strongly recommend not staying at this one in Alice! Unless u want to pay $115 a night to sleep with cockroaches in somebody elses feces smh! Had a friend stay there a couple days after and they caught bed bugs!
