Man i paid for cheese and they forgot cheese on both of my whoopers . Do I need to say more!. ..and the cheese ant cheap. .whoopers had no onions and veggies was scarce..pit it this way my whooper buns were touching..given no receipt. .
The lady that took my order was nice, but the place itself needed some touch ups... floors were sticky, and the drinks needed to have different lables on some... I got Diet Coke and it tasted like regular coke... Fanta Strawberry was actually Fanta orange.. but food taste is great, except fries weren't fresh...
4 stars cause come on who doesn't like BK but minus a star for not have chocolate shakes and advertising spicy nuggets only to be told there discontinued...GAY!!!! Bbbuuutttt it is Alice TX
When you walk into a place with the manger cussing at her employees just walk back out. 1. All the food was old nothing fresh everything literally thrown together and shoved in a bag. Go back to get fresh food and here employees talking about how this isn’t a 4 star restaurant and the cook throwing things around because he was made to do his JOB! The entire shift needs to be fired and people who actually like working need to be put in. Fast food or not Im still PAYING
Took my kids for lunch because they love the nuggets.The wait was ridiculous mind you no one was in the store or drive thru. The main manager was laughing and joking around with young boy in the back. I asked if my order was ready and the girl in the front went to ask. I overheard the main manager claudia say they can f######## hold their horses. They finally gave me my food and it was completely wrong. The manger claudia blamed me for it being wrong and she refused to give me money back. Wasted mine and my kids time. This lady needs to be replaced. Never had service like this in my life!!!
