Went today during a busy lunch the service was fast the service person was very friendly the food was hot fresh and delicious
Worse Chili's I've ever been to. Was down for the holidays and took my friends out to eat. Left at least a 25% tip via cash and found out later that the waitress added on an additional $15 to the credit card transaction. Called to dispute the charge and the manager acted like it was my fault. Went in and saw my server and she acted like she din du nuffin! Complete garbage business. Never got my money back. They're lucky it was the holidays and that I was on leave.
Had a great experience at Chili's today. Sat in Bar area with my family. Service was excellent. Drinks and appetizers awesome. Food was delicious. So glad we stopped by. We will definitely be back.

Very easy to order. Able to take time and see what is on menu, not have to ask what is available.
