My server was great! She should be promoted to train all other. The GM IS THE WORSE! I WATCH A DOZEN CHEAR LEADERS LEAVE. NEVER GOT WAITED ON, NOT EVEN DRINKS. WOW
As far as IHOPs go, this one is not bad. The only complaint I have is sometimes it takes a while to get your food. But it's always hot.
I did wait a while but it’s fine I got to spend time with my family and actually have a conversation.
Supervisor is extremely distracting to the employees. Kept speaking loud and repeating herself over and over about simple cleaning instructions. Some things need to be said in a meeting or email. Shouting across the store is not professional while paying customers are trying to enjoy their meal. Also witnessed another supervisor come out on to the floor to get in a servers face very threateningly. I mean entertainment is appreciated but not that much. Seemed as if everyone there needs a class on professionalism. Other than that our server as great and attentive if only her supervisor didn't distract her so much she wouldn't have forgot the cream for my coffee. This store needs to be closed while they clean since it can't be done quietly with customers in there.
GM DOES NOT MEET ANY ONE, OR COME TO TABLE OR EVEN HANDLE PROBLEMS. RUMOR IN ALICE IS THAT SHE IS TOO BUSY HOOKING UP WITH THE COOK. SHE HAS LET THIS I HOPE IN ALICE HITTHE BOTTOM. I WOULD LOVE TO GO IN AS GM AND GET IT GOING AGAIN. A PLACE THAT IS NOT EVEN BUSY CAN NOT EVEN HOLD ON TO THE FEW, THAT ARE THERE. BEST TO ALICE, TO GET A KNEW GM. GIVE ME A CALL ! I WOULD GET IT ROLLING AGAIN.
We went here early in the morning and it was pleasant calm and quiet. We were happily surprised by how nice and accommodating our server was in helping us to find off the menu options to fit our dietary needs (including gluten free and vegan foods) at a reasonable price.
